It took a few months to raise my ferritin from 23 to 40, but when it hit 40 I

was feeling much

better and able to tolerate taking thyroid.

Within a couple of

hours, the same thing is happening. I am all revved up inside and feel like my

heart's racing

and the anxiety is horrible. WHY is this happening on such a tiny dose? Can

the still low

ferritin do this? I've been on iron for 10 days (100 mgs. day) to get my

ferritin level of 23 up.
