Guest guest
OK, I did my New Year's Morning weigh and measure, and boy am I happy! My weight is 154, so I've lost a total of 19 pounds now. I originally set my goal at 130, but I'm thinking that is a little low if I don't want to look like a prune. It's higher than what I weighed most of my adult life, but I'm not sure where to set my goal. Any suggestions? (and DON'T say 154, LOL, I do need to lose some more weight) I'm 5' 7 1/2" tall. I have also lost a total of 23 1/2". But keep in mind that I measure bust, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, right thigh, right calf, right bicep, and right deltoid. I'm at goal for my bust, and under goal for my thighs, chest and calves. That said, I think I should reset the thigh goal because I'd like to take a little more off there. Only have one more inch to lose off my waist and two more off my hips and 1/4 off my abdomen. Also 1/2 off my bicep and 1/4 off my deltoid. So all-in-all I'd say I'm very happy with how this is going. Very slowly, granted, but it's continuing to move along. Does anyone want to start the weekly or monthly weigh in thing again? Remember no actual pounds, just how much lost or gained? If you do, I'll keep track for everyone. I know that some of our meds make us have trouble losing, but the more we lose the better for our illnesses or at least for the pain.
