Hi Kim,

Hmmm, I was just throwing out a suggestion. I'm as confused as a termite in a

yo-yo with all of this stuff, and don't know how to get my high pulse down. It's

108 resting and 136 when up and about. My temps are at about 98. I was so scared

by the high pulse that I lowered HC, Armour and stopped iodine. I've had a tsp

of Sea Salt and LOTS of water today and still have a high pulse. Is yours coming

down? I've also not been sleeping well. Someone also wrote me offlist and said

it may take a while for temos to stabilize if they have been subnormal for years

as mine have. I don't know anymore.

Re: Val, help! High pulse

Thanks, ...but my temps are lower now than they were before I did the

raise, so it doesn't seem like it would be the Armour! How are your temps?

Thanks, Val. I already took my extra 1/2 grain today, but tomorrow I will try

backing down. The weird thing is that my temps before the raise were 98.0 and

now they are 97! What do you make of that!?

, you poor thing...last night was so horrid, I can't imagine being like

that all the time! My pulse did get up to 135 once. I was trying Magnesium,

Potassium, anything I could think of! Have you had your aldosterone tested?

You might need Florinef...I am on it but I think my pills are bad...they expire

tomorrow LOL I have had horrible shaky legs.

Praying we'll both find out what is up and how to help ourselves!!!

Kim

Forgot to say my pulse is back down to near 90, but that is still high for me.

Kim,

Hi, hope you start feeling better as the say goes by.

I have a ? For you. You say when you first started HC you

Would get real startled and jumpy. How long did this last and prior

To going on HC did you experience this ?

Thanks,

a

This is so confusing *cry*. I was weaning down, I had gotten down to 25 and

then was trying 22.5 but I was having flu like symptoms so you told me to

raise again. But now when I did I get a high pulse? I will try to wean down

again...I am also stopping the Iron and D for a day or two to see if I feel

better without them.

I felt like I was doing better adrenal wise for a while...but then had some

sort of relapse. Started getting real startled and jumpy again...anxious..

feeling like when I first started HC.

*sigh*

Thanks,

Kim

Re: Val, help! High pulse

>>10mg 8am

7.5 noon

5 4pm

5 bedtime

I've been thinking about this and wondering if it is the Vitamin D or iron?

Both of those levels were low and even though I've been on Armour for almost

a year now I just now started taking the proper doses of the D and iron.<<

How about maybe it is adrenal healing and you need LESS HC now? This always

seems to catch people unaware. High pulse and ppounding heart are my first

signs it is time to reduce HC. I would try lowering the dose by 2.5mg.

So I shouldn't try to cut down on HC at all then?

So you don't think there was any chance the vitamin D did it to me?

Thanks for bearing with me through this...trying to sort it all out!
