Vitamin A

I remember seeing someone mention supplementing Vit. A, but I didn't see it

at the store. Right now I'm trying to supplement any vitamins that I may be

low in, which basically means anything I can think of since I know I have

malabsorption issues. Also, is the Vit. D that is in with calcium pills

sufficient or should I add an extra supplement? Thanks!

I definitely take Vitamin D 2,000 I.U. daily in addition to what is in

anything else I happen to take. I have vitamin holidays but rarely miss

Vitamin D. I think it is so important. I rarely take calcium but probably

should. I only take magnesium citrate (up to 500 mg) at night to help with

sleep.
