Have you ever tried Fage Greek yogurt? It is plain -- has no additives

to it and a high level of protein. I used the 2%. You can sprinkle a

little cinnamon in it - and it is wonderful.

The best yogurt I have other tasted other than a brand called Brown cow which I

cannot find any more, is Stoney field yogurt. The plain tastes so good I would

not THINK of adding anything to it. Now that is the whole milk kind. I never

tried the low fat kind so I can't speak about it.
