No one can really say how much your psychological problems may be affecting your physical problems. If your rheumatologist won't admit you, I'd go for a psych admittance. They can still work on finding answers for your physical pain on the psych floor. You are crying out for help, and someone(one of your docs) better listen. You need answers because without them you're going to have a nervous breakdown, which would put you on the psych floor anyway. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
