a, don't be like me. I have been eating a gazillion carbs and getting

all my weight and every other symptom bugging me/ Today is the first day in

forever that I had l/c chicken salad for bkfst and 1/2 Santa Fe chicken

salad for lunch. Tonight we are going to the casino buffet again and I hope

I can stay with it.

Keep writing. YOu are an inspiration and are helping to get me remotivated.

I ache more and have more indigestion when I eat carbs. Plus I get logey

and more depressed too. But I still am craving them from a little binge I

had last Monday.
