Taking a shower always does me in, too! I have to rest afterward...I feel

overheated and shaky.

I get this feeling too, when I get out of the shower sometime, I think

I get it basically from any even semi- strenuous activity, its like my

body telling me to sit down and relax, after I relax for a while, I

feel better.
