Guest guest
Hi Val, Managed to eat a ham n cheese sandwich and headache subsided quite a bit. Just put the 1st cream on now,9.30. Going back to bed hoping to get some more sleep or at least some rest. Any idea Val why I have no appetite much to speak of? and is it necessary to eat 'normally' i.e. 3- 4 meals a day while taking the HC. When the doc did my all day blood cortisol curve in hosp(every 2 hours from 8am to midnight) it did show highest cort. in the am, I don't have the benefit of the test result but will request. I remember though that it was in the hundreds and then started to fall constantly at noon until plummeting to zero by 10pm. Does this mean maybe I shouldn't take HC in the am and that's why I'm waking so early all the time? BTW when I did the saliva testing back in feb '05 I was in adrenal exhaustion and had very low cortisol production in the am. Looking forward to hearing from you.
