Guest guest
Good Morning Val, Woke at 8am after sleeping lightly most of the night. Would like to sleep more but feel wired. Have headache and fast pulse 80 but feels much faster perhaps because I feel shakey inside? A bit hungry but can't face eggs again as recommended. Wish I had my appetite back. Average temps for last 5 days: Fri 97.5 Sat 97.2 Sun 98.06 Mon 98.13 Tues 97.7 Can you please advise what to do and why i might feel this way? It's almost 9am my time so know you probably won't get this message for a while so will go ahead and rub in a gram of HC cream. Since I stress dosed the last 2 days does that mean temps don't count as far as using them to decide when I can start Armour? Sara

Guest guest
Wow, that was fast Val! No the last dose I took was at 7pm and went to bed at 1am. Thought because I wasn't sleepy that more HC would get me more wired, so this isn't the case? Could you please answer my stress dose question and temps/armour question when you get a chance? So many Thanks, I feel I'd be more comfortable giving you my credit card number to pay for all this advise or could do by Paypal..let me know what you think. You must be compensated for your time! Guest guest
Just having to stress dose means you should not raise thyroid until temps settle back down again. Resting DOES help as you use less cortisol than you would if trying to get things done, but if resting causes you to stress thinking of all the things you SHOULD be doing... then it may be better to get up and do what oyu can. Manyof us are in this state due partially from a Type A personality that drives us to do too much, thus the stress can be worse from trying to rest then just tryoing to do some little things to appease this part of us. I cannto accept money for this as that would be giving medical advice without a license and is illegal in this country. I do nto want money fo rit anyway. I am doing it for my own selfish reasons of trying to CHANGE a medical system gone very wrong. A medical system that killed my mother and tried to kill me. That is all the recompence I need if we actually sicceed in getting even a few doctors to take up the call and start admitting there is an epidemic of thyroid/adrenal problems and actually learning to treat it properly.BTW I advoacate for PETS as well as people as I efucate pet owners abotu their pets thyroid/adrenal probalem as well! Believe it or not, it is almost as wodespread in domestic animals as it si in humans, and veterinarians for the most part are no better at treating it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

I believe you have come tp this point as AM hypoglycemia or AM fatigeu are signs you have run too low on cortiosl overnight,. Then you nee dot take a littl e dose at bedtie, not before, that will actually help you sleep as it lowers the adrnealine that is produced when you run low on cortiosl. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
Okay Val, but if there is anything I can do apart from going thru this and passing on my experience please don't hesitate to ask. My much loved cat developed hyperthyroidism at age 12. Because I was ill I had to return to Ireland and leave her in New York with someone I thought was a friend. She ended up having her put to sleep after a few months, I still haven't been able to bring myself to speak with her as I had arranged for someone else to temporarily adopt her when she complained of the hassle of gving her her medicine but she went ahead and put her to sleep without my ok. Actually left a message on my machine saying this..it was a year ago today. Still makes me cry. As far as temps go..I see they are raised about a point since using more HC, so I have to wait till I use less HC to be able to take Armour is that right? How will I know when I can stop stress dosing? Could it take weeks? but I only have a window of 2 weeks before I run into 'trouble' as you say right? Blessings on you, Sara > > Just having to stress dose means you should not raise thyroid until > temps settle back down again. Guest guest
I've switched over to cream only today in the hopes the pain in my tummy will be a thing of the past. it's not so sore today. I took 60mg yesterday. 10 at 9.30 am and 10 at 1pm today but feeling a bit shaky so will take more shortly so I can shower and get out for a little walk. Guest guest
I think you should split the doses up to smaller dosing more often, instead of a 10MG dose try taking just 5MG and then in a couple hours IF you have symptoms, take another 2.5mg and go down that way. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
Try some sea salt to releive the shaking. It may be that the high HC doses has unbalanced your aldosterone. If that does nto releive it, try to wait to see if nausea follows. I would tyr to get through on less today. maye nust 10 MG less but stress levels SHOULD be better today. Are you ill? Or felling OK aside from this? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
