Johanna - I think visits every 3 months or so are the norm for a lot of

surgeons. Dr. Oh in WA I believe does monthly visits for the first year or

something like that, but that's unusual. Just keep doing what you're doing,

but get started on those protein drinks. Your body will be losing muscle as

well as fat so you gotta have enough protein to counteract that. Remember

our hearts are muscle, too. The Fitday site is an excellent tool to use.

As for weighing, I would say once every 2 weeks should be enough. Although,

I confess I've been weighing daily and I really should knock it off cause it

is discouraging. Somebody slap me up side of the head already! Take care,

HA! That's what I do to keep myself from weighing every day. And as much

as I'd like to move it to the part of the garage that is closer to the

interior, I keep it out close to the garage door.
