Bless your heart. is probably right, you need to be seen by someone for documentation purposes; whether it be an ER, urgent care or your own family physician. At least let your PCP know what happened. If this dufus turns out to be uninsured and you have to sue him, it will be much easier if your current state of health and any new injuries were documented.
