Guest guest
! i go often since my neighbor manages one and my bestfriend lives within a block of another... i usually choose something made with egg... make sure you can handle the ultra egg.. omelets are wonderful but i usually count them as 8 points and thats if i dont have cheese? they dont have nutritional info available and we have even contacted them via email to request it and they refuse. You can ask the server to have the cooks prepare your food using a pam-like spray. that way you are sure of less oil... oh and remember the hashbrowns will be fried also... good luck!!! Guest guest
jenn, i went to dwlz. com and looked at the points for omelettes and they were so high, like 19 to 20 something. i panicked and said there is nothing here i can get without going over my points. was thinking of the mushroom and cheese omelette but that is nineteen points, ugh. i could always get a fat free muffin. my best friend is always one to eat a lot of food and she will say that is all your getting and laugh it off >>> ladi-jz@... 05/02/02 10:49AM >>> ! i go often since my neighbor manages one and my bestfriend lives within a block of another... i usually choose something made with egg... make sure you can handle the ultra egg.. omelets are wonderful but i usually count them as 8 points and thats if i dont have cheese? they dont have nutritional info available and we have even contacted them via email to request it and they refuse. Guest guest
Ok.. but the points at DWLZ arent with spray release and they arent with ultra eggs... cut the egg points in 1/2 by using the substitute.. im guessing they are a 4 egg omelet? remember bacon is only 1 point a slice... or if you can do it.. the 2 egg combo (ultra eggs without anyting on them dont appeal to me as much ) with eggs and muffin?! Guest guest
i was thinking of spending the points and not eating ther rest of the day except maybe fruits and veggies what is a denver omelettte thanks e >>> r.rweston@... 05/02/02 11:00AM >>> Yikes! I just went to Dotties http://66.78.5.43/Restaurants/perkins.html to check it out. Here would be my suggestions: " Denver " Omelette with Fruit Cup (235 cal/6.5 g fat/22.3 g carbs) 5.5 " Short Stack Harvest Grain " , 3 pancakes (268 cal/2 g fat/55.7 g carbs) 6 Low Fat Banana Nut Muffin (330 cal/3 g fat) 7 Low Fat Honey Bran Muffin (270 cal/3 g fat) 6 Low Fat Blueberry Muffin (270 cal/3 g fat) 6 Fruit Cup [cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries] (4.5 oz) (48 cal/.3 g fat/11.9 g carbs) 1 You could also try to get " nonbreakfast foods " Pita, Stir-Fry (308 cal/9.2 g fat/41.1 g carbs) 7 Chef's, mini salad (214 cal/11 g fat/6.8 g carbs) 5.5 or even get something higher and cut back the rest of the day. Hope this helps! Maureen hooray for me!! I went to WI yesterday, and I lost 2.6 lbs. I had two maintaining or slight gain weeks before, so I was so glad to see myself back on track.
