I know, but Joya, I'm sorry, I'm TOO STINKING TIRED by the end of my day... I can't raise my arms over my head at days end...and I am fighting migraines by dinnertime when I get home. Now I have tried to exercise in the morning but my mornings consist of getting dressed and leaving in haste. Like this morning. But guess what? *TA DA* I sold another house today... Yay! So I am tired, all I do is fast walk all day from my office to the front office to the escrow office, to the car, to the other real estate office... etc.. I don't have time to sit some days ( should get a pedometer to see just how many steps I am taking). So I am not sedentary any more like I once was. I would say my life is definitely medium to high activity. In the old days, they didn't exercise cause they worked so hard all day they didn't have to. I feel like I'm regressing to those old days...*LOL* But I am adding swimming in and will use my treadmill on my off days. Promise. Otherwise, I'm too tired and don't have the energy to do it.

Okay, Kari, for now I will let that one slide....but when you have been working several months and your new activity is the routine in your life you will NEED TO ADD EXERCISE!!! Cause then what you feel is exercise will no longer be exercise but just a part of what you do daily and will not have an effect in getting those thighs svelte.
