I received alot of feedback. As one person said, I think I had my mind made

up before I posted - but guess I wanted to make sure there wasn't something

that I wasn't thinking of. I have spoken to my GP's nurse this morning to

start the series on December 26th. I explained the circumstances to her and

she said she was sure my doc wouldn't have a problem, especially since I

spoke to Doc Sinnott on Friday and he said it was basically up to me. My GP

will return a call to me sometime today to chat with me about it and set up

the schedule at the hospital. I'm so fortunate to have a health care team

that listens to me and allows me to have such a huge say in my health care!

Soooooooo....here we go :) Doc Sinnott is only 3 hours away from me but I'd

rather drive back and forth to town (34miles round trip) for 5 days than be

gone for an entire week - adding the cost of a hotel on top of it. It's a

good time to do it. My stepmother is on break from the University she works

at and my husband will likely be home. The rest in Iowa is nice, but I get

to missing my kids something fierce!

Thank you for all the thoughtful feedback and encouragement. You are all a

wealth of information and support :)
