Guest guest Posted September 26, 2001 Report Share Posted September 26, 2001 could anyone please tell me what the symptoms are of someone who is in the final stages of the shy drager syndrome?? my grandmother has this terrible disease and is in alot of pain...she is on the pain meds vistaril, demerol and morphine...and we still cannot keep her comfortable...she has pain everywhere but mostly in her abdomen...she is now experiencing dry heaves...can anyone suggest a medication that might help...she is in the eighth year of this disease....we are desperate...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....
