The have sugar free and lite syrups, but no bluberry or other flavoured ones. *pout*
Guest guest
In regards to pancakes, try whole wheat pancakes. I made up a batch of whole wheat banana-nut pancakes the other morning and they didn't jump up the blood sugar. I can give you to a basic whole wheat pancake batter recipe for you to try if you like. Guest guest
I like pancakes made from Atkins baking mix. It has soy in it, though, so that might not be good for you. Re: Happy Grocery Shopping Whole wheat pancakes didn't work to produce good BG numbers for me, Aazari. I'm just lucky, I guess. I'll test it again in a few months. Thanks for thinking of me though...My husband and son are enjoying the remainder of the whole wheat pancakes though. Frozen blueberries might work. I do have a weird digestive system. Pineapple juice calms my stomach. Nachos with cheese and jalepenos are good when I'm sick and throwing up. I can keep that down, but it raises my BGs (chips and cheese and onions). I use just chips, cheese, onions, and a ton of jalepenos. I like Quaker Instant Grits, plain, for breakfast. Not with butter, cheese, bacon or syrup. I might try that with blueberries or bananas and see what happens.
