Guest guest
Can any of you give me some ideas of what I can do for wrist swelling? The first time I had this (about 4 months ago), I was only a few weeks away from my visit to Dr Franco so I waited it out. When I visited him, he injected my carpel tunnel and of course, I felt much better. Well, the swelling is back. Seems my foot swelling has decided to move out of the feet and take up residence again in my right wrist. This wrist swelling causes a lot of pain from my fingers to above my elbow. It also causes my fingers to go numb. What I've tried so far is taking 2 Tylenol, running warm water over my wrist and then putting a bag of frozen peas on it. The worst time is during the night. Seems when I'm less active the swelling gets worse. Sleep is almost impossible. Oh, I've also used Deep Relief cream which really only makes me smell like a gym locker room. I hope someone out there has a suggestion that will work. I'm open to try about anything. My next doc visit isn't until July 8. Many Thanks!
