Guest guest
Wal-Mart has 2 different protein powders that are great! They come in a huge container and come in Vanilla or Chocolate flavors.....great with 1% milk - some Eddie's vanilla sugar free/low fat ice cream and a chunk of banana....blend well and ENJOY! Guest guest
Hi! Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!!!!!!! ) For me, the first day I crack open a new kind/flavor of protein, it tastes SO GOOD... but soon enough I get tired of it. So I've been switching around, trying different ones. I've heard people talk about making smoothies, etc, but for me, the best way to get it down is to dilute it with icy cold water. If it's pretty thin and watery, and if I use ice cold water, it'll go down pretty easy. I didn't have any breathing troubles when I woke up... ) > > Hi ladies! She said it was pretty good & is fairly reasonable. I plan to order some. It's high protein/low carb. wrote: >Thank you Nina! That is valuable info!!! I'll have to write that >down. Guest guest
Hey ...did you have these little things that looked like chewing gum in your sample pack? Is that what those are? Sugar free gum? I was just wondering. It said " mix " on them; but I wasn't sure what they were. And you're right...there's not a sample in there that I don't like! I will definitely be ordering more from there! 380/344/160 rcb1230 wrote: > Have to tell all, with a week and a day to go I satrted trying to get > in two shakes a day this week. Guest guest
I drink whey Isolate by Sitic Nutrician. Though you can buy them almost anywhere in the states. I heard people buying them at Walmart and Kroger's. Your local GNC also carries a variety. I would suggest going to one of these two sites and order some samples. The women who own these sites are both GBS patients and these sites are more geared to baritriac patients. www.vitalady.com www.bariatriceating.com 7/18/06, xxdedexx@... wrote: > What ones do u guys use and where do u buy them? Guest guest
I get Six Star from Wal-mart at $14.27 a canister that hold 34 servings. They come in vanilla, chocolate, and fruit punch. I just buy vanilla and add flavor to that. Best Wishes, Shauna " xxdedexx@... " wrote: What ones do u guys use and where do u buy them? Guest guest
did you see where like the protein bars & pre-mixed protein drinks were? That's where it was at. I would think all Wal-Marts would have them. Maybe they were out? 380/339/160 -------------- Original message ---------------------- > I looked there and didn't find anything maybe I should try another > wal-mart > > > I buy mine at Wal-Mart. Guest guest
I have 3 Wal-Marts in my area and one has a better selection than the other two. In each of the Wal-Marts, though, I found the protein powder in the vitamin supplement section of the store (near pharmacy). in Virginia 299/248/150 Lap RNY: 5/3/06 Re: Protein shakes did you see where like the protein bars & pre-mixed protein drinks were?
