Guest guest
Hi guys- I'm reading a book called Food Allergy and Nutrition Revolution by Braly. One chapter suggests that inflamatory diseases are caused by the digestive system getting so out of wack that food allergens get into the blood stream and are deposited throughout the body in the tissue. But before they get into the tissue, they are tagged so that the immune system will attack and get rid of them. So when the immune system attacks the allergen imbeded in the tissue, it destroys the tissue as well. The book suggests a strict diet to clean out the system of allergens. Could this be at least part of the problem with RP??? I've gone on a strict diet and feel better so far. Finally, I've noticed that my feet and especially my hands are shrinking, getting really skinny, like I'm losing fat tissue on them. Any ideas???
