Therasa,

On and off, I took pred for one year. I have RA for

three years and AP for more than two months.

Usuaully, if you get off pred, you have to add another

drug if taking conventional drugs such as MTX or

Enbrel. But with AP, I am not sure. I felt so good

when I first started AP and stopped all MTX and Enbrel

at once. Now, symptoms all come back after five or

six weeks. I have sweollen elbows and knees. I took

pred for a few days, and have to be off it for fear of

dependency. But things are not good. I wonder if You

have tried Celebrx 200 meg X 2. I want to ask yu why

your doc put you on daily dosage, not pulsing?

Hope you are doing well.

Nan
