Guys,

This is a tool I use often when i need to give myself a break. It works extremely well.

For all of us, as you're sitting at the computer reading this-- put both feet flat on the floor, feeling the carpet. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly, focus on your breathe, the coolness on your upper lip as you breathe in. As you exhale, still focusing on your breathe, notice hat the air is warmed as it touches your upper lip. Close your eyes and just stay focused on your breathe, cool air in, warm air out.

See the air crossing your lungs, being picked up by the red blood cells and carried out to your body. See the red blood cells circulate, healing your body as each brathe moves in and out.

You can stay with this as long as you wish-- and when you are ready to stop-- gently open your eyes, and come back to what you are doing. Remember that your breath must continue on-- and allow it to keep taking healing to your very being.
