Guest guest
TO JANIE RE: HEEL SPURS BEEN THERE, DONE THAT HAD BEEN IN ABSOLUTE AGONY AND WAS TREATED WITH ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES ETC WHEN I WAS STILL ABLE TO TAKE THEM - NO SUCCESS. THEN TRIED " HEEL CUPS " - NO LUCK. WAS SENT FOR CUSTOM ORTHOTICS FOR INSERTION IN MY SHOES - THESE ARE EXPENSIVE AND I HAD PLASTIC ONE, LEATHER ONES ETC ETC - NO LUCK. FINALLY BOUGHT SHOE INSERTS AT A SPORTING GOODS STORE - THE KIND FOR FALLEN ARCHES - CURED AFTER A FEW WEEKS DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL WORK FOR YOU BUT IT IS WORTH A TRY - ANYONE WHO HAS NOT HAD " HEEL SPURS " CAN'T APPRECIATE THE PROBLEM GOOD LUCK STEVE

Guest guest
Mine have been resolved by wearing garden clogs sold in garden stores and online at www.anywears.com They accomplished what prescription orthotics and expensive shoes couldn't. I've got three pairs and I'm going to get more colors. So far I've got purple, aqua, and bright pink. I love them and recommend them to anyone with sore feet. For the first time in fifty years my feet don't hurt. I have fallen arches and had heel spurs and tendonitis. Wearing the clogs for a couple weeks took away the pain. Now my feet don't hurt even when I'm barefoot or wearing regular shoes. in Oregon
Guest guest
Hi Dianne I too had heel spurs. I had surgery on my right foot to remove them. It's MUCH better! ANd the surgery didn't hurt too bad at all. *soft hugs* Misty From: beth_madron PsoriaticArthrit [ ] Psoriatic arthritis and Heel Spurs Does anyone suffer from this? I have them and just got custom inserts. I am going to try them before surgery. I bet I will still have to have surgery. I also suffer from pain due to weather (in Atlanta,GA). I take Enbrel and mobic and flexeril. I do not think mobic works so on bad days I end up taking a Lortab. I have had an ulcer so I can not take Feldene.
