Definitely something that happens to me. My wife will actually check to see how I am doing based on how much my right eye is turned outward. The farther the better. When it appears my eyes are focused then I am usually very tired. Of course, I also have lots of vision loss in that eye, due to damage. So, my experience may not be valid. But it does show how much vision can change, and possibly render a prism useless. The key message .. don't assume one lens will do the trick. > Very frustrating to ..
