Guest guest Posted December 30, 2009 Report Share Posted December 30, 2009 Does anyone get " Oh, I blew it " feelings from certain specific foods even if you've only eaten a small amount of them? I've long known I felt this way about spaghetti, but now I can add pizza to the list. It's something I discovered tonight. It's not just *overeating* that gives me the " last supper " mentality ( " I'll have to diet now, so I'd better eat all I can today since I blew the day anyway " ). My DH ordered a pizza as a special treat for dinner and I had one piece...and IMMEDIATELY felt all Last-Supper-y. And I did overeat...I ate three (small, but still...!) pieces of pizza. I KNOW I was last-suppering. I still have the *feeling* and I feel like I'm restricting by *not* last-supper binging right now...How do I handle this? Any ideas?
