The lichen planus is interesting. I guess it was visible in that the labia minora and inner labia majora were FLAMING red, but I thought it was related to my vestibulitis. Also, this I didn't notice, but my dr. did - my labia minora are almost completely gone! She could show me a sort of "shadow" of where they used to be. They are either permanently atrophied away, or just fused into the labia majora. I am praying that it is the latter, and that estrace will help bring them back.
