Guest guest Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 I am new to I.E. and truly feel I have found the right way to eat. I have been waiting on hunger and yet in the evening I have continued to struggle with overeating. Any practical ideas for breaking this ongoing habit? It is too easy to let down after a busy day. I am meeting with a friend and we are encouraging each other but I am thankful to have this on line support group as well. Thanks for any thoughts/ideas!
