Guest guest
I would like to thank you wonderful people for the advice you have given me for my daughter. For a mother to find out that her young child has this condition is not an easily accepted. I want her to live a happy life like any another child out there. I want her to be free from restricition, and free from fear. To see a child not being able to keep up when playing, and asking to be carried even if it's a 10 minute walk. School trips aren't enjoyable for her,a teacher last year had to carry her on her back and this teacher must be in her 50's. To have to be so dependant on people for the simple things I take for granted, such as door knobs and zippers and many other things. To see her go up stairs one step at a time with 2 feet on that one step,I would love to see her be able to run up those stairs! She is so tiny for her age,but she is brave. I am very glad I have found such a caring place. I only want her to get better,as any parent would. And through you people that is possible, through your experiences and knowledge I will know more, and be more educated when it comes time for that referral appointment. So here is a big thank you to all of you!
