Guest guest Posted November 13, 2009 Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 A little success today that I wanted to share… I have been an over-eater at lunch and I finally figured out why. I get up around 7am, eat a filling breakfast and on most days get a workout – been doing this for years. In the last 2 days, I realized that I am hungry around 10:30. But, I was thinking “but it’s not time for lunch”…. You see where I’m going. So, I had a little snack at 10:30. Before I would had waited – by noon I’d be really hungry – and overeat. Ta-Da! Hurray!
