I started on 80mg of Prednisone, and am now down to 40mg. It has

helped me a lot to suppress my antibodies, so I can build my blood

back up. The doctor told me to drink lots of water, and I asked him

about sodas.. He said, WATER...!!!!!!, Ok, I believe him. So now i'm

drinking more water and less soda. Hope this helps, Sonny, and good
