This is my home on the internet because the folks here have been the most amazingly helpful group . . . always supportive and full of information. I hope that it proves to be as valuable to you. Since you have a target weight, I presume that you are already approved for surgery. Which Kaiser will you going to? Sorry, I'm not up for walking. I'm still waiting to get my knees replaced. I can exercise like crazy these days, but I still have trouble walking any distance. But, for future reference . . . where in the Bay Area are you? I look forward to getting to know you and to hearing about your progress.
