Hi Annie,

I am very happy for your success; it was smart to have that snack :.) I " m glad

you figured out how to make it work around your exercise schedule!

I enjoy exercise also, though I did take a small break from it just to be sure

my motivations are healthy. I'm looking forward to starting again though.

I had a similar experience. I did what my body asked for instead of doing what

others told me was the " right thing " to do.
