Guest guest Posted December 13, 2009 Report Share Posted December 13, 2009 i have been avoiding animal products lately.and i have to tell you- i feel great. it has also been making IE a lot easier for some reason. just wondering if there is anyone else adapting this lifestyle? i know it sounds like just another diet, but it's NOT! if i really want something (dairy, meat, etc.) i will eat it- but i often notice that my body doesn't feel as good when i do.
