Guest guest
When I eat or drink anything with aspartame in it, I break out in hives extremely bad. Sometimes it is followed by a migraine. Aspartame for me is life threatening. I have had my throat to swell a couple of times. It took me a while to figure out what I was allergic too. I can eat 1 tbsp of light salad dressing and I have hives all over me. Glad to know that I'm not by myself in the migraine department.
