Pardon me

> If I am not at all with it today. I am not, that is why. When I left

work last night, I stopped and picked up Jon from work and we left the truck

at his work so we could just go grocery shopping. We then picked up the

kids and went directly to Wal Mart to grocery shop. When we got home, I

started putting the groceries away while Jon went to the store to get a few

things we forgot, like bread for a's lunch. So, I am putting the

groceries away and comes to tell me the hall carpet is wet...I looked

and about had a heart attack - our entire hall, Jake and Lex's room, Ari's

room, and our master bedroom and bath were flooded beyond belief! Our

bedroom and bath were by far the worst, with the carpet entirely saturated

and you splashed just walking in it. We had maintenance come out and he

brought this little wet vac with him, and I said " You're gonna need

something much bigger to vacuum up all this water! " He ended up calling a

professional to come get as much of the water as they could, but it is still

saturated. It stinks in there to boot. All of the stuff from the bedroom

was piled on our bed, so there was no sleeping in the bed, I slept sitting

up in the corner recliner of the couch, and Jon and I traded off with

all night. She must have caught the vibe from us that we were just so

frustrated about the whole situation.

>

> I think the frustrating part about this is that we just sent them a

certified letter a couple of weeks ago telling them about the prior flooding

problems from next door and upstairs that have been so bad that there are

now places like baseboards that are rotten in our apartment - coupled with

the amount that we get sick, we told them we want our place tested for black

mold. Something is " wrong " in that apartment, we have had too many times

that the upstairs neighbors flooded and in turn flooded our utility room, or

the neighbors toilet that leaks floods our master bathroom. I told the

manager today I do not want to have my 9 month old infant crawling on carpet

that has been constantly soaked with toilet water.

>

> Right now I am waiting to hear from the manager of the apartment complex,

the woman that I have been talking to is clueless.

>

> Anyway, I have had very little sleep and I am not very with it today. So,

please excuse my spaciness.
