Guest guest
Waverley, I don't have the book with me, but I don't recall any discussion of hyperbaric medicine. My recollection is that he primarily discussed his own clinical experience. Guest guest
Waverley, I have visited dr..perlmutter's site and in fact have taken three sessions of his glutothyrone shots under supervision of a physician in N,Y. with no adverse side effects Waverley Beauchamp wrote: plus Carol and Rob, Does this book promote hyperbaric medicine only or also additional treatment modalities? I have not read it yet nor have I seen his show. Does Dr. Perlmutter conduct controlled trials or primarily discuss his clinical experience? Has anyone on this listserver been to his clinic in Naples, Fl.? Waverley ght Dr. Perlmutter's book and took it to Dr. Roy Freeman, Rob's neurologist and the sponsor of the meeting to be held in Boston next month. His comment on vewing the book was that it did not have the scientific evidence to support its claims. I personally read it and thought it was a bit of an infomercial, but intresting nevertheless. It might be a good question to ask at the conference in Boston.
