Guest guest
Hi Eliza, I think it's too bad they have a label of "health foods"; I'd rather have all foods called, as you said, "good foods that we all can enjoy". I don't want to shy away from a fruit or vegetable because I used to consider it a diet food. I've been having fun with some fruits and veggies that I haven't ever had before; I know it's hard to believe, but yesterday was the first time I had mango; and it was very, very good :.) Yesterday, believe it or not, I thought, yes I love apple pie, but I'm loving my grapefruit just as much!! This grapefruit was really good; sweet, lots of juice and I was thirsty; it really hit the spot!! You bring up a great point Eliza. We have to give all foods a fair chance!! Although I always find something to do researching to fill up my boring time. LOL anyway, I did researching a lot on health foods and I have keeping find out that most health foods are considering "diet". However, I admit I wish they would not call that health foods as diet and that would not so scary as it sound. It is very interest to learn how people reacts to health foods as diet instead of a good foods that we all can enjoy without worry whether they are health or not.
