weird ache question/hot flashes

I have developed an weird back ache right inside the top part of my

left pelvic bone. It is just on that one side. It flucuates how bad

it hurts. Some days it is not there at all and some days it really

hurts. I am not for sure, but I kind of think the fibroid is on that

side.

So...do I call the GYN or the GP about the weird ache? Should I

really be concerned about it at all since it comes and goes?

I occasionally have hot flashes (one a month maybe-three of them in

one month a few months ago). I am 32. The GP didn't seem concerned

and at my physical at the end of June. He did test my estrogen level

and said it was normal. Some of you have stated that the fibroids

will cause hot flashes. Does anyone think I should be concerned with

the hot flashes?
