Guest guest Posted December 15, 2009 Report Share Posted December 15, 2009 Hi Everybody, It's been a kind of tough day for following hunger and fullness cues because I did feel temptation to use food for comfort. And basically I ate once when not hungry, but I remembered to have a relaxed attitude about it and no harm done really. Well yesterday I had stocked up on some previously forbidden foods such as pie, and today I noticed I was running low on fruits and veggies, so I went to Shoprite and instead of getting the usual, I made a point of getting some brand new fruits and veggies that I hadn't ever eaten before; I got fresh mango and a star fruit, plus I got escarole which I never have at home.
