I too have used Dial soap for years with excellent results. If I travel and use other soaps on my face I have immediate problems. I recently began using one of the new Dial soap products, with aloe, for sensitive skin, and I really like it. I think the key here is keeping the surface bacteria down. This is also important for me to control the eye problem, blepharitis.. Skin care people go nuts when they hear I am using Dial, but it works for me. Clar Image, Vitiamin K cream,( keeps redness down), and Amazing Base make up by Iredale, are also a part of my skin care program. I use 250 to 500mg of regular tetracyline daily and take acidolphus most mornings, and of course my borage oil/EFA's and multiple vitamins. I have little redness and occasional flare of bumps when I get careless or eat shellfish or drink even a drop of red wine. Kate
