Guest guest
Hi, Dr. Sy, First, thanks for the wonderful products and excellent customer service that you offer through your company. I'm enjoying the Sy sensitive skin soap, vita-oil, moisturizing oil, and various powders. With the ZincO Cream, however, I'm finding that it seems to irritate the cea areas of my skin - cheeks and nose. It feels great when I put it on, and it looks great, but over time (a few hours to several hours), my cheeks start to heat up and redden along with my nose. I've tried taking a break with just oils like you recommended, but I'm getting the same results. Do you have any other suggestions, or am I just one of the unlucky ones who can't use this product? Also, what are my topical options for treating cea? Both Metrogel and Noritate seem to aggravate the redness and sensitivity. I'm taking minocycline, but tapering off so I can try Photoderm. Thanks in advance for your help- Becky
