<< Or should I just pig

WOW!! What a fabulous way to celebrate 20 years of friendship!! How very

special!! : ) My only bit of advice to your questions would be this.....if

you can avoid " pigging out " during the 4 days you're gone, do just that AVOID

doing that! I have found that when going off plan for a just a few days

(when a dear friend came to visit from WV i figured i would just go off plan

for the 5 days she'd be here then get riiiiight back on plan) its just

wayyyyy to difficult to get back ON PLAN! I won't do that ever again, it

took me months to get back on plan completely....its just not worth it! YOU

CAN DO IT!!!! : ) and you'll be GLAD you did!! : )

I'm going on a short vacation next week, to Istanbul, Turkey. I'm going

with my best friend, the one who moved out yesterday. We're celebrating

20 years of friendship :). Anyways, we'll be leaving on Sunday and

returning Thursday.

I'm not sure exactly how to handle the vacation - will it be easier to

do a low fat low calorie type of thing or can I stick to low carb?

Because low carb means, to me, no cheating at all. Or should I just pig

out and eat anything I want, it's just 4 days... ?

Assuming I stick to LC, because that's what I'd prefer - what do I do on

the plane ? It's not a long flight (probably 3 hours) but I like to eat

on planes :). I even almost always like plane food. I don't suppose I

can pre order LC food, can I ? What kinda snacks should I bring with me

to the plane?

What kind of food should I take with me for the trip itself ? I don't

know a lot about turkish food - meat and extremely sweet desserts come

to mind. Meat is good of course :).

Any advice appreciated!
