my grandson has a heart murmur

Hi everyone,

It is chippy the chipmunk here. I was so excited...my grandson came

here from va. to visit me for christmas...he is seven months old. He

had an earache so we brought him to the pediatrician that delivered his

mom...he is an awesome doc. well he examined him...found that he had an

infected ear and an upper resipiratory infection. He had just gone to

the doc back in va. before they left and he had a little cold...she gave

no meds for him and the doc said the cold would go away on its

own....duhhhh...it got worse....well this peditirican today found

something else the other doc did not...a heart murmur ...two of four

one....my daughter was a basket case cause her doc in va. had not seen

anything like this....well he had an ekg done and a chest

exay...tomorrow is the ultra sound and the meeting with the pediatric

cardiologists...and what makes this more stressful...we do not know if

Tri Care Prime is gonna pay...they are not being served in their

area...they are in La. for christmas...but I do not give a crap ....he

will get that test and meet with the cardiologists...even if i have to

pay thirty dollars per month for the rest of my life....we will find out

what is wrong with him...so please say a prayer for my grandson...he is

their only child and propably my own grandson i wil ever have....he

needs your prayers. chippy
