Hello Everyone!!! I am new old to this!! I tried this way a few years ago, but fell off and returned to diet land. Now I am ready to venture away from the diet land back into the real food land. I have ordered some books from the library to refresh myself on the way. I also ordered "the overfed head" with little hunger level cards ( I need reminders). I would really like to eat like a normal person, when I am actually hungry. And, not feel like I am eating my last meal (and binge).
