Holiday eating

I have usually went overboard eating at the holidays. But as I am practicing IE

more and more I realize that I can make ALL the holiday meals ANYTIME in the

year not just at Christmas or New Years. It really calms me and helps me to eat

when I am hungry and stop when I have had enough. I have also noticed that I

have a hard time taking vitamins.. (something they always say to take to keep

healthy) they always upset my stomach. I haven't taken them in a while now and

I notice my body will crave certain things.. I haven't gotten sick this year so

far either. so much for taking the vitamins to keep from getting sick.
