How long have you been following SCD?

How much yoghurt + what kind of yoghurt do you give per day?

I have noticed something odd happen to me lately. As I said before I have had

finally learned the different of hungry. Well, lately I noticed something weird

and not sure if this had happen to any of you. When one is not really hungry yet

the feel as if what I would call phantom hungry? Not really hungry but not

really full either yet feel like as if hungry but stomach is not even slight

growl so that's like phantom hungry. Had that happen to anyone like this before?

This happens to me when I overeat items with sugar or that turn into sugar quickly in the body, and because I have hypoglycemic issues which have been diagnosed, it is something I have paid attention to.  I don't want to get into any 'dieting mentality' issues over sugar, but I have noticed that phantom hunger that you speak of and I have been able to pinpoint it directly, for me, to periods when I ate high-sugar foods in excess.  When I am eating mindfully, even if I eat something sweet, this does not happen.  It is only when I have overloaded my body in this way.  I am really afraid to share this because I don't want it to sound like I'm saying deprive yourself of sugar or that it is bad (I'm not) - but I do think that phantom hunger you speak of could possibly be related to blood glucose levels.  Maybe you could just pay attention to when it happens and see if there is something in particular you ate that might be related?  For me, it could be something I ate even the night before.  I am not suggesting you over-ate anything!  I am just suggesting that you pay attention to when this happens - it could be something totally different for you.  This is why intuitive, mindful eating is so amazing to me, because all those crazy issues that came up for me seem to go away.  I hope this helps!

I started my medicine at 8pm like they said and i still haven't had any affects from it. I have some cramps but nothing more. How long does it take to work? I took the last dose about half hour ago.SharonPlease visit our website at:http://ACES_Autoimmune.tripod.com
