Guest guest
C. Coate, I have had wonderful results with gamma globulin administered intravenously every three weeks. Yes, it helped the flu like symptoms, gave me more energy and had fewer infections. There were no negative side effects. It was wonderful. My new Doctor is trying to get it approved thru my insurance company so I can start getting it again. It is VERY expensive but well worth every cent. I live in Florida so I have no conections in your neck of the woods. Keep me posted on your progress and good luck! jenae954@...
Guest guest
Dear Groups, I am back on AP (100 mg 2x day 7 days wk) (Minocin) now for almost 6 mos. I am having problems with nausea and vomiting. When I have tried to wean back to M_W_F I have severe flares. I have tried Pro-biotics, but cannot keep them down. My nausea seems to be related to sinus and phlegm not settling in my stomach. I seem to have developed a bad " Gag " reflex when I try to swallow large pills. My MD has prescribed Zyretec; which helps about 40% of the time, but then it makes me sleepy. Anyone else experiencing these problems? Jo Ann New to Group Just wanted to say hello. My name is Nichol and I am 32. I am going to be seing a reumy here soon. I have been having some major aches and pains that are uncontrolable at times, fevers lasting weeks, etc. Thought I had the flu. Went to the Dr. and have an auto immune disorder. I was diagnosed with Graves disease about 17 years ago. Had a Total Thyroidectomy. Last year ended up having Fevers that lasted for 4 weeks. Ended up getting noduals on my legs and was diagnosed with Erythmia Nedosum (EN). Was down and out for about 14 weeks total. About a month ago I started running a low grade fever again for about 3 weeks. Went to the Dr. No EN but had a whole bunch of tests done. Diagnosed with RA. Have to go see a Reumy but cant get in to one for another 6 weeks. I have a few questions. I did have really bad all over joint and body aches when I had my fever. But, now my fever is gone and I can't walk or even hold the phone at times because my muscels hurt so bad. My joints don't hurt as much, they might be but my muscels hurt way more! I can't even straighten my left leg all the way, to walk for about the first 50 steps or so. I feel like my muscels are burning, week and tired all the time. In fact tonight we went to A & W for dinner and my arms ached from driving the car and my jaw ached for hours after eating. My arms are killing me from just typing this... Is this normal? What do I do in the mean time before my apt. I sit down for more than 15 mins and I can't walk and have to get my muscels working again. Please Help!!! Worried and concerned. Also, Some days I feel ok other days I feel like dropping dead. Guest guest
How do you take the Zyflo? Do you mix it into the sinus rinse? Please advise the dosage. Thank you. Kent
