I do weekly shopping for salads and some veggies, pantry stuff, but do daily shopping most days for meat. I've frozen stuff, but often have never eaten it and ended up tossing it. I do freeze some meat if there's a good sale, but all bets are off as to whether I ever use it, and usually I only use it in a sauce of some sort as frozen meat just isn't the same. In season, I buy local veggies and fruits. In all cases, what I have for dinner is usually up in the air until I get to the market.
