Cheryl, What part of NC is she in.... Just wondering I'm 20 miles east from Charlotte, and right off I-85.

ThanksI have been too ill to write for awhile and I couldn't even keep up with thereading. In addition to that, my granddaughter who is living with us ranaway. She turned 17 last Aug. We thought she was doing well here but shewanted to continue the bad associations she had at her parent's home in N.Carolina. She kept in touch with them at the school computer and made newfriends here without our knowledge. We provided Christian friends for her & she liked them but she prefers the punk seen and she wants to be in theWickin religion. Needless to say we are all very sad. I have to have mygallbladder out. We don't get insurance until the end of Feb. I was tryingto hold out until then. My attacks are more frequent & my hours ofunrelenting vomiting & dry heaving might cause a stroke. My husband insiststhat I have it out before that happens. I had a small stroke several yearsago. The least my selfish granddaughter could have done is help me throughthis before she left. I guess that's a kid for you. The police don't domuch to look for runaways that age. They said 10 kids a day run away in ourtown. They said it is hardly ever the poor kids who live in the slummyareas; it's the middle class and upper class ones. They just don'tappreciate what they have. My husband & I tried to help out my daughter & son-in-law but now she is lost to them thousands of miles from home.
