Well, after complaining about being expelled I did get one more digest, no.2150, and it came through about 29 hours ago. What have I done??? Since signing my life away and joining the ozline group, my Crew mails have been hijacked. Let me back!!!

maybe try individual mails. works for me! you can set up your email program

to "filter" all crew messages into one folder, ie sort your mail, so its

kinda like digest and you can read other mail without wading through crew

mail. what email program you use??

Georgia, I'm a converted mail filters user. It wasn't a viable option

when I had to use Yahoo Mail for campus and then download individual messages

off there at home (takes a long time even with decent computer and modem

and even though I was filtering within Yahoo it was defeating the whole

purpose of filtering), but now I finally got free of Yahoo this Spring.

I figured that the people on digest trying to save time probably use web-based

browsers (hence my advocating cleaning up mails for digest), but it looks

like you're using MS Outlook Express 5 and I bet you would really like

it much better if you were just zipping through individual mails that were

in a separate crew folder. It really does only take a few seconds

to set up and saves time in replying since we don't have to mess with editing

the subject line or deleting stuff. I'd give you quick, easy directions

myself, but I'm on Netscape Communicator and the menus are probably a little

different from Outlook. I don't know if that will help with your

missing mails problem, though. :)

Hi; I set up Yahoo accts. just for the Crew and others I've had. I save my 'Outlook Express' for when I really want to get confused; As in my family, misc. mailings. So, one can have 'crew' postings on just (1) Yahoo mail acct. It's free!

If Georgia (or anyone else) wants to setup a crew folder and Mail Filters for OE or Outlook, I'll explain how. It's fairly easy.

Pete

Who has about 15 folders and filters for different things, including one for spam :)

Ya Georgia; You know, one of those 'legal size' folders. You know, the 14inchers! Um, let's see, ah, didn't Dep Dog have a mule who talked more sense than Ol' Dep himself? Gosh, this is really reaching back. Now I forgot the mule's name again. Walt is dead but I'll try his mail anyway. Maybe he left a 'vacation response'. Lets see; How do I do the opposite inverse of M? ((((((: Hmn.. seem to have forgotten sumptin. HAVE A NICE DAY ALL, WHATEVER !! Say, one more thing, what is the number of time zones diff. b-tween Oz and USA? I know I could figure this out but it's easier to ask. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY, PLEASE. Golly, it's a long weekend and labor Russ
